Audi India — Regarding service

Recently I have done service at audi showroom electronic city banglore.
But service is not satisfaction. Because there is no ac cooling at rear side and they removed battery wire and they didn't solve that again.. even informed at customer care. Need to solve this or else ill complaint where I know..I am calling to the respected person also he is not picking the call
