Sir, this regards audi a-6 registration no mh 15 ff 6326, we are based at nashik - maharashtra.
Background:
1. The car was sent for replacement of display unit and fuel tank flap on 12.10.2017 as both were surprisingly stopped functioning. How such important parts of a world renowned car like audi fail within a span of 1-2 years? The dealer in nashik did not have these spares and had to be procured from germany that took approx. 15 days - we register our complaint regarding the quality of spares also the availability of spares at nashik location.
Further we had informed the local service station to check "air pressure" in the right-rear tyre"as it seemed low visually.
During taking delivery of the vehicle on saturday, an invoice was handed over to us mentioning that the"tyre pressure "was adjusted - pl refer repair - invoice no nak170598, date 12 oct 2017
The very next day in the morning it was observed that the same tyre was"flat"- that means it was puncture and your people did not bother to check the early day
Our complaint:
This is total negligence of work, why this has happened? Either no one took interest in attending this issue, just filled air and handed over the car. We had lot of inconvenience, this is not all expected from audi. Was this information helpful? |
