Audio Voice Lajpat Nagar — cheated me on a scheme of free phone and misinformation of price fraud

I had selected to buy a samsung firdge from this store in lajpat nagar delhi, and i booked it at the price they offered and a scheme from the company of a free samsung s9 phone, at the time of the final account to my surprise they without any intimation increased the price of the fridge and starting fighting for the same giving the excuse that company revised the price, when i tried to cancel the booking they refused to do so and told me that the product and free gift are already allocated and i will have to purchase, after no help from the company i agreed to buy, its been 6 months since i have got the delivery still no sign of the free gift, when i followed up on it they refused to give the phone and tried to push a tv of a much lesser price to me, i still havent got and resolution from them or samung, worst buying experience.
