I received a call from a agent Kamal Sharma for selling hdfc life policy.
he give me a detail for buying a policy.
1. your policy going purchase directly without third party as a gold member. so all commission will be yours.
2. you will got 10% commission on first year and after that 7.5% each year of premium.
3. any bonus from company will also credit per year
4. payment from credit card and convert into emi from bank, that was 36% anually. will got interest back. so no cost emi.
I wait for one year and but He was unable to provide credit card emi interest which was approx 5000. he provide many timeline and commitment but every time provide next date. this process continuee till date.
after one year I got another call that was from Amit kumar.
according to him, I have 38, 600 as bonus and 10, 000 as commsion so you will got total 48, 600. but your policy premium is less then 80, 000. so if you purchase another policy of 35, 000 then within 15-20 day you will got 48, 600. and after getting your amount new policy can adjust in renewal of previous policy.
I did not belive that part and ask them to first validate with Kamal sharma, my policy agent.
I contact to Kamal sharma and he confirm same. and Kamal sharma send me hdfc payment link to pay amount for second policy. this happen in Apr 2020.
after that again false commitment season start. in each every 15 day cycle he gives me time of next 15 day. but every time fail.
when my first policy renewal time comes then before one moth of due date, I force to atleast adjust my second policy in renewal of first policy. but he did not do that and told it is work of one day. he will do after clear your amount and he fail again. my policy premium deduct from my account.
still did not have any solution of my problem. this company selling policy by making false commitment to earn commission only.
