Aurobindo Phama — Balanced amount not given to passengers.

Respected sir, i travelled on rtc on 28th june 2016 from pb varam to srikakulam bus no ap 30 y 2223. I have given rs.100.00. And i got the ticket rs.42.00. Rest of amount he is not willing to give as it is last service. I argued with him then he paid rs.50.00. Balancers. 8.00 not paid and not interested. The same thing is happened for other passingers like chilakapalem, ranastalam.
This type of things will damage the rtc image. Once after getting your reply, i want to go to consumer court.
Please favour for me in this regards.
Amount is not matter but attitude is important.
