I have been charged extra for auto fair, i traveled from bhandup to lokmanya tilak terminal at 4pm on 19 feb 2018, by meter it was 176 rs, i gave him 200 rs in return he should give me 24 rs back but he refused, saying that i will not give and he was arguing, when i said i will complaint, he said ok u go and complaint but i will not give you money back.
