I had taken rickshaw from mathuradas road kandivali west to mahavir nagar kandivali west. Rickshaw no mh02ua0294. The fare was rs 29. As i had rs 500 note & was not having change, i went to my house to bring the change. This took only 2 minutes & for that he charged rs 3 extra. This is wrong. He cannot charge rs. 3 extra for 2 minutes once i have reached my destination.
