The usual rate from kharagpur station to iit kharagpur main gate (Above fly over) is rs. 12.00. However, today the driver of the vehicle no: wb33b5780 taken rs. 20.00 from all passengers who got down at iit kharagpur main gate. When i have asked him about the reason, he mentioned that after 8.00 pm the rate become rs. 20. This is also to mention here that usually this type of auto (Vikram) is having 11 seats. However, they always take excess passenger, 16 passengers. All the autos in this route may be doing same thing everyday. Please take necessary action against this type excess fare and excess passengers. Please take necessary action for displaying of the rate chart with timing.
