I purchased a private car insurance policy with contract no 19_3_2012_11_5001 from easy insurance on [protected], but due to personal reasons, i asked them to cancel it on[protected].
They said processing charges 150/- will be deducted, i said OK. After that they said money will be credited to my credit card in 3-4 days.
Today its[protected], but amount is not credited to my account yet.
Every day i am calling them and sending mails about refund, but no proper response from them. Every day they are asking me to wait for one more day.
