I bought my new HONDA CB Twister(CBF110MC) on 20.07.2012 with Invoice No. 12IN02567 at Suryabala Motors, Trichy Road, Coimbatore-641005.
During Registration they told they have some new plans for Twister and they told if I pay 3250Rs as initial payment they will give me bike and every month I have to pay 1300 for Surabala Honda for Five months(1300x5=6500+Initial pay(3000)=9500)).
And they told they will arrange Finance with Shriram City Union Finance Ltd. At that time I have only my Reliance Postpaid mobile bill with me for my new address(Local Address Proof). In shriram Finance they told that they will give finance for my vehicle with the documents I provided. But they not come for verification till my promised date of delivery. So in Suryabala Motors they ask again two days time to process. So I accepted it and gave two days time, but still they not came for verification. So I made balance payment of Rs.2250/- and took by vehicle delivery on 20.07.2012 without verification from Shriram Finance.
After Two days of my vehicle delivery they asked we need a Reference signature and photocopy of ration card who is having Own House in my relatives. After that I arranged it too and they told we will process in two or three days. But after one week they told we need Voter id or Ration card for my local address. At that time I applied for Voter id before one month of my vehicle registration and got by voter id just Ten days before ie(20.09.2012). So I called Mr Bala (Sales manager) of suryabala Honda and informed that I received my voter id and submitted Photocopy of Voter id. After Two days they told that it is not possible to process my vehicle Finance.
After that also am follow with shriram Finance and Suryabala Honda but they are telling we will process, but I don’t know when they process it. Till my vehicle is not Registered and not able to do service also. Really bad about this.
From this letter I wish Shriram Finance and Suryabala Honda to process my Issues with in 10.10.2012.
If you are not processing my issue am ready to move with consumer Forum.
