I bought a Maruti Wagon-R (Lxi) in 2005 from Rohan Motors, Ghaziabad with a Car Finance from GE-Maruti [protected]@ 4240. The loan was cleared in 2011-12. Since then we are requesting for NOC and they just make false promises since then. They communicate that the NOC will reach soon by post. We are exhausted and wish to sell the car. What to do and where to complaint and where to contact. There is NO contact number available.
