We would request many time for issue us NOC for car loan vise car loan a/c A4K[protected] to CITI BANK N.A, Add: Global consumer bank , Kanak Building, 41, Chowringhee Road, Kolkata - 700 071.Our Car loan A/C amounted Rs. 553418/- by monthly E.M.I started from 8, July, 2008 accordingly against 47( forty seven ) number Post Dated cheque ( Ch. no. 516967 to 517000 & 518601 to 518613 ) have already been cleared on June, 2008. We have proper documents against clear the A/C. But still now there was no response for issue us NOC & other relevant papers from the Bank. We had been request through letter, phone, mail, & visit personally to City Bank of Kolkata Office. We have last & final request on dtd. 08/08/2012 through letter. Then lastly we request over phone to send us their detailed A/C. They send us loans statement of Account after counting unnecessary penalty interest charged Rs.553/- from dated 30/06/2008 as per month continuously & shown us our outstanding 27778/- on last 21 August,2012. But as per our Bank Statement all Cheque cleared.
