This auto refused to come on meter from ritherdon road, vepery, chennai to chennai egmore railway station on 27.05.2016 around 1630 hours. Being short distance the driver refused to put on meter and come. Though metering of auto is in force court order no action seen by police now.Please use your good office and initiate to take action
