I am a resident of bhayander east. The rickshaw fare from bhayander station to my place is 12 rupees. I gave the rickshaw driver 50 rupees. He did not have 8 rupees change and started arguing with me and using slang languages. Later he remove change and gave in my have and drove in speed while I was counting. That stupid fellow gave me only 30 rupees back. I want him to get punished and have his license cancelled. Not for the sake of the balance 8 rupees change but for misbehaving with a female passanger. Pleas help me get some acTion taken against him. MH.04.FC.1649
