There are no standards on rates, rate meter auto walas are using. Everyday a common man is fighting with these creatures. Better to have an integrated gps and standard electronic rate meter and have a central control. Also impart some basic training on attitudes, behavior and customer service. Also i observed lot of auto walas are even not authorized mostly the people who runs shuttle service. Was this information helpful? |
