Myself azeem, working in technopark, have complaint against auto rickshaw driver who have charged extra and misbehaved. It happened on 9th september - 2019 morning between 9:30-9:40am in kazhakoottam, trivandrum. So would like to file a complaint against him in traffic and consumer.
