Autocop — autocop scorpio gear lock problem

I have installed an autocop scorpio gear lock with 5 years warranty in dec 2016. Currently, i am facing a problem with my gear lock which not working properly.

I have tried to connect with autocop cc with all the provided phone numbers on their website but none of them are working. I have sent an email to all email ids that i got from the website but no reply.

I have tried below numbers

I did the whatsapp also but no response ([protected])

I am not sure what type of service they provide. How can i logged a complaint.
