[Resolved] Autoglam — Rude behaviour with the consumer

I had placed an order on autoglam on their online platform on 27/8/2021. And today(2/9/2021) when I called them to ask the delivery status of my order they told me to send a whatsapp message on the following number([protected]). I waited for almost one hour but still I didn't get any reply from them. Then I called them on the following number([protected]) which was the number provided by them on their website for almost 8 times but they didn't pick up. Then when they finally picked up they told me that they will send me the details as soon as possible and spoke to me harshly. And till this very moment they haven't provided me the status of my order. Being a consumer I have all the rights to know where is my order because I had paid the full amount online.
