I ordered ecosport headlight assembly from autoglam for which they provided warranty of 1 year. Within 2 weeks of installation the highbeam stopped lighting up and also blowing up the car fuse. I lodged a complaint with their rep/owner atul and he promised to resolve, which he never did. I was using without highbeam thereafter. After few months, one of the low beam also stopped working and i contacted him and brought to his notice. Even after repeated reminders, he never responded to any communications and kept avoiding the calls. Now i am stuck with the useless kit without any lighting. Was this information helpful? | 
I have also done same. If you are residing in Delhi, it would be easier for you and you may lodge a case [at a very low cost of RS 100.00 (probably). Consumer forum will provide you all legal help] and you may also claim compensation for your harassment as well.
It is a bit difficult in my case as I am staying in West Bengal. But in spite of that, I shall come to Delhi and file a case against this company in the district forum. They have not shipped my order #1473 even after 41 days, for which I paid rs 33, 699.00.
I am also planning to file a GD/FIR at my local Police station reporting this as a online fraud and then file a case under section 420.
I am also trying to reach Delhi Cyber Crime branch and request them to file a 'Suo motu' complain/FIR if they can.
If this person or company is forgiven, it will go on cheating other people as well.
Do not wait, exercise your legal rights.
