On 29 Aug 22, at 8.00 am I called the auto for dropping my children to KV School Kadavanthra from Shine road, Vyttila. He asked me to pay Rs 240 to the school and back. I asked him to start the meter and I will give the meter charge. He denied to start the meter and asked me to pay the money if I want to go. Because it was heavily raining & as I was left with no other options, I paid the money through UPI. I took a photo of the auto, seeing this the driver asked my children to get off the auto. He returned my money and challenged me to lodge the complaint wherever I want and boasted that nothing is going to happen to him. My children were scared of his behavior and i could not send them to the school today because of this. Please do the needful so that the people can travel in this city without fear.
