Avadi Municipality — suc (drainage maintenance charges)

Hi,
I am residing in bashyam street, devi nagar, thirumullaivoyal, we don’t have sewage/drainage facility (Using septic tank) but avadi municipality is charging suc (Drainage maintenance charge) which is included default in property tax. Last year when i pay property tax, i have seen this additional suc charge & amount collector told property tax is increased.in this year, when i tried to pay property tax in online, it showing the increased amount along with suc amount default. But we weren’t provided sewage drainage facility (Deposit for water & sewage drainage facility was already paid few years back).
Now i am not sure how i can pay property tax without this suc amount. Kindly help. Thank you.
