Dear Avanse We care Team,

First of all Kindly change the name of your support team from WeCare to WeDontCare, Let me tell you why, Yesterday Dated 15th September 2022 I was on call with one of your representative Aman, During the call one XYZ(Dont want to reveal name, I know his name) person sitting near Aman commented "Hey Aman tuje hi aise NALLE logo ka call kyu aata hai ", after that i spoke with Aman for next 30 minutes still he was denying that he dint tell me, however it was proved later by Mr Ketan Parmar and Bhumika that the comment was addressed to me,

Without even using a single rupee from Avanse as its kept freezed, i have paid 12k interest for 7 months FOR FREEEEEEEE
