I got my loan in Nov 2021 and since then I have been paying installments to Avanse because I got my visa rejected twice. But since September I have been trying to track my refund amount which was sent back to me by Canadian bank CIBC within a week I requested the refund and Avanse is unable to track it. The CIBC even told me the name of the bank from which your broker (3rd party in your language) transferred the money is IndusInd bank; even after that, your team members are telling me we cannot track your payment.
I asked for a foreclosure keeping in mind that I will get the refund in my account and then I will make the payment for foreclosure but they don't know where my money is and then again they started deducting the money. Is it possible for anyone from Avanse management, not customer care(I doubt even if they are customer care executives as they don't have any idea about our files and call us 100 times to get our visa, etc.) to get in touch with me so that e can resolve the issue?
Is there a way you can help me out of this situation as I have been trying to get in touch with top management or a managerial-level person who can listen to my problem and solve it.
