I, Arabinda Mohanty, had taken loan for my studies. Due to covid problem I lost my job. I requested kolkata office for restructuring.They initially said that company had stopped restructuring. Then forcibly gave me restructuring of 4 months . I am not being able to arrange the payment. I need restructuring for 24 months. The person handling my account has been very rude to me as well my father .
