Avanse Financial Services — Non refund of excess amount paid and documents provided by the guarantor

Excess amount of Rs 10000/ deducted through ECS not refunded
My PDCs and other documents provided at the time of sanction of loan yet not returned by Avanse despite a series of request mails.
Every time a system generated ticket no provided but no response yet.
