I have taken student loan from Avanse and whenever I asked them to unfreeze the funds after paying fees from my own pocket, still they are least bothered about customers problems and not helping the customer. I have sent multiple mails with attachment proofs regarding fee payment to University. Still those guys are not understanding the situation and worst thing is they don’t know English and they don’t know how to communicate with customers. Avanse is very worst firm which is hiring illiterate people as their employees. I spoke with few persons in Avanse and they are not at all resolving my issues and their names and contact numbers are below:

Brahmanand - [protected] (this guy is very worst behaviour person and not helping the customer and need to explain everything from initial stage in every call)
