Avanse Financial Services — Unneccessary delay in Loan Foreclosure

I have a taken a student loan from Avanse in 2019, and now I have raised the request for the foreclosure of my loan and unliening thee FDs submitted during the loan application. It's been a month I am chasing them, they aren't working on it. Insite of telling them that I am shfting to another country and want to clear the accounts, they are least attentive.
This is so annoying, no wonder why we won't think of leaving the country without repaying the loans. Here as a customer, I am asking them to process the request so that I can repay the debts but they don't care.
It is holding me up for any financial plans for future.
