Pan card payment cut off

I paid 106 / - for pen card on 14th April, payment was cut due to not having a server, but the page did not go ahead and I have not received my money return yet....

JIO Recharge unsuccessful no refund

I have recharged my JIO account -mobile on 24th March Ref number[protected]IGAKUUIHP2 however the money got deducted but recharge was not done. Please do the needful to refund the amount....

Payment deducted to Jio Fiber installation but transaction failed and amount got deducted from bank

Amount of Rs 1500 debited from by SBI Account on 14.05.2021 at 5:42 pm to Avenues India Private Limited vide tranaction id no.[protected]IGAKYNFMP1 and transaction has failed but amount is still not credited to my bank

Payment not transferred yet to Dish TV

JIO Recharge: Payment is done but Recharge is not available yet.

I'm attaching two screenshots one is from YONO SBI and other is from MY Jio App. You can see that I have requested for two vouchers one is done and other is not done yet. One with OXIGEN Services is done but another with INB Avenue India is not done. Help me in resolving this issue kindly....

Money has been deducted but my order is not

Account Holder's Name : Mrs. Geetha
Account Type : Savings
Bank Name : SBI
Branch : Cooke Town

Please provide the appropriate reason for the deduction without the account holder's ( mine ) permission . The respective own spouse of the account holder's does not withdrawal...
