Dish tv online recharge

Dish tv online recharge
I have done a recharge of rs. 597 on my dishtv having vc number [protected] and my email i.d is [protected]@gmail.Com. The amount was deducted from my bank account but when i was redirected to dishtv's website, the account did not show the fresh recharge amount....

Unauthorised transaction

Hello Sir/Ma'am
I am an account holder in SBI bank. My amount has been deducted from my account twice in the month July 2016 which is not authorised
1. 600 on 30-Jul-2016
2. 602 on 31-Jul-2016
This happens before also. Please refund all my amount to my account.
I don't know whats wrong with this company. I am gonna block this company.
