Avenues India — refund of rs.710.98

On 16.11.17 i logged on to bharat gas being their customer to register my refilling of gas cylinder.
My bank account with axis bank got debited by rs.710.98
Bharat gas agency here in the city refuses to have received the amount,
Kindly refund of rs.710.98 back to me.
