Avenues India — Ticket booked through bookmyshow-money gone; booking failed

I booked 4 tickets at gold souk (rs.801.04) for 8pm show of 'vismayam', malayalam movie, through book my show. my email id is : [protected]@gmail.com (mob : [protected]). the payment was made from sbi internet banking (current a/c no.[protected]) ; ref no.[protected]ig0cnbbxu4, date of transaction 12/08/2016. but the booking failed as i did not receive any confirmation message on my mobile.
Then i booked the 4 tickets at www.bookmyshow.com using sbi debit card and it was successful. therefore i request you to please refund the money (rs.801) debited by sbi internet banking to the account (ifsc : sbin0008614)

I booked my show m.s.dhoni movie today 2/10/16but dut to some reasomy two online transactionas are cancle but money is debited from my accout.so plz check n return my money..., ...
