I have placed an order (71517) with this site on 31 oct it was supposed to be delivered in 8 to 10 business days. Now its 13 november and the order status is still processing state. Can you please let me know when will i receive this order. When i try to open this site it won't open at all and i can't check any information about the product. I have placed an order (55631) with this site on 28 oct 2018it was supposed to be delivered in 8 to 10 business days. Now its 13 feb. 2019 and the order status is still processing state. Can you please let me know when will i receive this order. When i try to open this site it won't open at all and i can't check any information about the product.
