Even after 'repeated' requests by self that 1/2 % means 'half' percent; the ex general chaturvedi - president of awho rwa/aoa 'insisted that most absurdly' that (1/2 means '1 to 2 %) and 'forcibly demanded' a 2% amount from me for isuue of a 'noc to awho' for sale of 'originally' alloted flat to my late father - lt. Col. S. K. Mushran ic -1953; even though there was 'nil' outstanding against my flat 'd-209' in vivek vihar, sec-83, noida.
Later on meeting & writing to the raw/aoa president gen. Chaturvedi with attached official documents from requsite govt departments /awho / concerned registrars office - lt. Gen. Chaturvedi of awho vivek vihar, sector-82, noida - 301; 'stubbornly refused to comply with the offical clarifications which state that a 'transfer fee of 1/2 (Half) % is the maximum to be charged on the seller of an apartment in noida flats for common area maintenance - which includes awho flats in noida & greater noida'.
It is surely tarnishing the 'exalted reputation' of the indian army held by me since long; since my late father too served it with honesty & integrity for about 30 years.
I am astonisingly amazed at the 'audacity' of an ex general to throw all 'official & formal clarifications' to the winds - presumably due to his ego & obstinate nature.
Out of extreme frustration & helplessness; i have had to trouble youselves & seek your kind help in 'recovering' my rightful dues of rs. 1, 25, 670/- from the concerned rwa /aoa - as clearly substantiated by the official documents attached with this complaint.
I trust with sincere hope for your kind & forceful intervention to help a rightful cause. Please note that self is also nearly 70 years old and this amount is truly & rightfully due to me from the concerned rwa /aoa.
I first wrote an email to the rwa /aoa president on this issue for refund amount on 16 dec 2018; and have been chasing up with them reguraly - but to no avail.
Thanking you in earnest and await your early response in ensuring refund due.
