Placed an order (No.YWPWIIVVN) for above headphones for Rs.5399/- on 8/4/22 after call was answered by one Abhishek Gupta on phone number[protected].

He assured they are a genuine company and I made the payment via credit card through Razor Pay gateway. He said it will be shipped in 3-4 days. After multiple follow-ups which went unanswered they did despatch a fake Chinese headphone, with no invoice and no warranty. The specifications do not match with those mentioned in their website.
Their website doesn't show the order under order history and they don't answer your phone or reply to emails/Whatsapp messages after order is received.

They claim to have hassle free 7 day refund but you can't cancel the order and they just ignore any attempt to reach out to them. I need the refund of Rs.5399/-.
I should have seen these reviews before placing the order. Don't make the mistake of ordering through them. They are big frauds and need to be taken to court.
Will be filing an FIR if required.
