My name is Sivakumar Dandu,
I have been approached for pre-approved personal loan from axio (Erstwhile Capital Float) an NBFC company
Axio representative Mr.Saifulla has completed the loan agreement formalities over phone. I have clearly told i don't want the disbursement now and planning to take the disbursement on 31st of this month.
He agreed to this and said whenever i want disbursement he will arrange for verification and complete the disbursement process. I have recorded the phone call also.
But to my surprise the loan disbursed on 27.08.2022 and they are charging interest from 27th onwards.
