Axio - Capital Float — Very worst customer support

I paid emi Manually before date of 5 Feb 2023 (4 Feb) but they late due penalty Rs 590+ Cheque bounce charges Rs275 after 1 week again applied Cheque bounce charge Rs275, lot of time i contact to customer care i convey the details they didn't revoke the penalty, did not respond properly, we able to chat via WhatsApp only, unable to made to customer care

I agree. I have also taken the loan from them but they do not have any transperent way for their clients. they do not send reminder even no receipt. We have to each time chat with them on whatsapp to get statement pdf. My emi was auto debited ontime from bank but after two days still i did not find the payment reflected in their pdf. Also their so called support executives also give worst chat support on whatsapp chat. They merely throw little answer on your mouth and run away in chat without client's consent. Feeling something doubtful.
