I have registered with axion data through rahil for form filling job (Website link he shared is in website name column). First day itself i logged in with phone but because my phone got damaged i asked them via mails and calls to allow once to change the ip so that i can work from my laptop. They sent me a mail to login and in case of issues contact them. It worked fine till 12th september. But on 13th sep morning my id got blocked. Todat 14th sep i get a call from their legal advisor shivani patel to either pay them 18000 or fight a case and pay legal expenses and any other charges. It totally seemed like arousing fear in me. Also the log details are showing log in from my ip but from a device which neither me nor any other known to me owns. Secondly, since the password was changed from the one they sent to another and new password is nowhere written, there is no chance that anyone can know that password other than the company which has access to servers. An ip can be accessed from anywhere with simple proxy settings. Either the company got someone logged in or the log details. Themselves are fake. Thirdly, they sent me a legal notice and an sms with filing number of case registered in anand sessions court, saying case was accepted. The filing number which they shared has no record with mine or company's name in sessions court anand.
No proper company works this way legally, because legal costs themselves are very high and such multiple login issues can happen with anyone considering most wfh freelancers are housewives or students eith not much knowledge of ips and login logout things. Also, a proper company always hears the freelancers issues and gives them priority in a issue resolution.
