I have applied for pf transfer 4 months ago but still pending kindly approve

Dear sir/mam,
My name is nancy kumari i was employee of axis securities ltd, my employee id is asl-199651 and i have resigned 4th of january 2019.
I have transfer my pf amount to other pf account but axis securities did not approved still. So,
Requesting you sir/mam please approve as soon as possible then i can withdraw my pf amount.
