Azizpur Toll Plaza Zirakpur — excess recovery of toll

I got fastag on 14122019 in which outstanding balance was rs200. On 15122019 i had to visit zirakpur. On the way i passed through azizpur toll plaza. Rs.35 automatically deducted from my account. And balance in my tag was then 165.00 as per massage received on my mobile. But when i returned back in the afternoon same day at 11.51 am i was surprised that the staff at plaza said there was nil balance in the card. And charged forcibly rs.35.00 in cash from me and thus cheated me. Thereafter in the evening i received a massage on my phone that rs 35 more has been charged for the same entry for which i has already paid in cash. If calculated as per previous norms my up and down charges would have been rs.50 only whereas now i have paid rs. 105.00. This is clearly a case of open loot and vandalism by the toll plaza azizpur management and staff. Kindly look into the matter as i have sufficient proofs for the same. Fastag of no use.
