This residential building is approved with 2.5 floors.in dec 2017 the owner of 1st floor started constructing 3rd floor that is legally unauthorized. The building is approximately 40 years old. We are the resident of this building at ground floor, if there will be any chances of earthquake in future our ground floor will be terribly effected then who will be responsible?
