I, Sanju Singh, having Phone Number/Service ID : [protected] wish to d-activate the one time charges - hungama games on demand, hungama music on demand & hungama movies.
My bill plan is - BB -Home Unlimited 845 Plus-Combo but unnecessarily charges for hungama services every month since last several month @ Rs. 297 p.m.
I have approched to B.S.N.L. Office at Shahid Chowk, Ranchi for D-activation for the same.
Toll free No. [protected] was given to us for d-activation but this no. is not responding any thing.
I request to cancell the Hungama facility charges @Rs. 297 from coming monthly bill.
