I purchase Thomson TV through Flipkart on April 2018, one month TV working fine, but after that screen turn purple colour, now it is not working, Thomson service person came and informed me TV display issue, need to replace. TV also in warranty.
After 20 days still no response from Thomson after writing e mails to customer care.
Customer care person behavior worst, .
