I was going to jhansi from lalitpur on 13/08/2021 around 12.26p. m. I reached at banana toll on national highway. My car no.up93ac/5996 is registered at jhansi and banana comes under same zone.I was unaware that my fast tag balance was insufficient and therefore I was asked to pay ₹200/ at the nahin toll plaza, I told that since the vehicle is registered under same district the charges must be lesser but the employee did not listen and compelled me to pay the amount .I returned back in the evening at about5.33 p.m. same day and on plaza I told that I have already paid ₹200/in the morning and also recharged my fast tag now I must either be exempt from the payment or only amount applicable to return journey for the same zone vehicle must be charged but I was rebuked and asked to go to the lane where again ₹100/was deducted from my fast tag balance.
I remember that upto september 2019 was paying ₹45/as single way charges on this toll thus only ₹90/must have been charged with penalty while going to jhansi with insufficient balance in fast tag and only ₹45/ from fast tag balance while returnig thus total ₹135/was to be charged but I paid ₹300/which is totally unauthorized .I request you to please refund the excess amount and also make due rectifications in the software for charges to be recovered from same zone vehicles...thanks Was this information helpful? |
