Subject: leakage of water pipe line in my farm/ field

Sir,

It is hereby submitted that the 4 inch water pipeline is going through under my farm/ field and leaking from last one year and it is damaging my farm.

I had already conveyed this matter to your local tubal operator so many times, but no action has been taken by them and all my request are in deaf ears.

You are humbly requested that please repair the pipeline at the earliest, i shall be highly obliged.
