We purchased a royal blue net anarkali dress on 24th of Jan 2016 and wore it on 26th. It was torn. We went to the shop in order to exchange it or refund. But the shopkeeper denied and misbehaved with us. Inspite of his mistake, he blamed us that we hav torn it purposely. The material which was given us was cheap. And he is not ready to exchange the dress. We are cheated by him the second time. First time he exchanged the dress. But this is the second time we are going through the same situation. So as being a responsible citizen, we decided to complaint to you against them. I hope you please look into this matter and solve our problem.
