In the BC product of BadaBusiness, below torture I have faced from joining IBC till now :
1. Pathetic Refund policy: Due to urgent financial crisis and medical emergency, I had applied for refund with Real Proof, however, I received very inhuman reply that there is no refund policy, they dont even consider customer's situation. Even I tried multiple ways, requesting begging, however, they doesn't care.
2. False and misinformation provided before IBC payment: Information given before payment was that IBC work only requires Mobile and no need of computer or Laptop (I have screenshot). However, as per training Laptop is required. And if this was clearly mentioned before payment, then I would never enrolled in IBC.
Gaining customers on basis of Lies is unethical.
3. Poor Services: Even after 3 weeks of joining, the payment portal was not active and even if I try to earn in my bad financial situation and medical emergency, still I couldnt Earn. Also their courses are too highly priced.
4. No IBC benefits: Courses to sell IBC dont have advantage over applying through Headoffice. The offer through IBC is only on LTM product. Please stay away from IBC. Was this information helpful? | 
The reason for refund for IBC is quite similar. The person who sold me told we get 200-250 leads from head office for giving tests which was fake as it was temporary only, almost 4 months now, no leads from them till now, have asked for refund yesterday, lets see what happens. I even have provided them voice call proofs for the same. Lets see!
Also recently, I discovered one more unethical behaviour. At the time of purchasing IBC, I was already a customer and had EAE product, there was an option o[censored]pgradation where I could have saved around 10, 000 rupees, but, the person gave me a full priced product, which is not justified.
