Badarpur Elevated Fee Plaza — toll tax taken twice

I visited toll plaza on 2nd july 19 at 13:34:25 and asked for 12 hour slip of my two way journey the person has given me a slip of rs. 25.
On the same day on 2nd july 19 at 20:03:55 when i came back and shown him the slip the person says that it is one way journey you have to submit again 25rs. When i explained the entire conversation of afternoon they literally denied the except the my word and started abusing me and misbehaved with me.

Where i have heard that the max time limit is their in every toll zone 12/24 hours
