This complaint is regarding Fastag Wallet No. [protected] (Car No. DL3CBV 3697)
On 28th October 21 I was charged Rs. 28 whille coming from Badarpur side to Faridabad at 10:14:04 AM. Thereafter while going back from Faridabad to Badarpur side on 28th October 21 at 18:24:22 PM, I was again charged Rs. 28 which is wrong. They should have charged only Rs.14 for this trip.
Agan on 29th Octber 21 I have been charged Rs. 14 while coming from Badarpur side to Faridabad at 09:58:19 AM which is wrong because the timing falls withing 24 hours of first charge on 28th October 21 at 10:14:04 AM.
It is often observed that their system is either faulty or delibrately doctored to fleece the customers.
Please take necessary action.
