As i understand that at any toll gate if your waiting is more then 3 mins, you will be given free passage.
Today i waited at toll for about 5 mins, video is uploaded for your perusal, on asking free passage, i was denied and the supervisor on duty said that they have no such rule.
Kindly confirm about the maximum waiting time at toll

Goons are sitting at booths. They enter card numbers manually and their key pads are also obsolete. Many times, they don't enter correct card number leading into time wastage and ruskus at booth.
Why can't we improve the system? We pay every month to the toll operating company. Is that company above the Govt.? Why always common man suffers?
I see many a times that Powerful people gets exempt pass without any problem. Are these people have mutual understanding?
I urge innocent people to boycott this particular toll for 1 month. I am sure these stupids will certainly fall in line.
