I bought a new cover for my oneplus7 from baefikre for 449rs. The cover didn't fit well so i complained and they asked me to send it to them so i paid 120 for courier to send it to them and they replaced it with a new one. I paid 120 for this courier also as they did cash on delivery on it.
The new cover also didn't fit well so i asked them fore refund but they didn't replied.
Baefikre have a policy to refund the courier money also but when asked about it they don't even reply.
